The Aerosolarium
The aerosolarium is a space for gentle relaxation and recovery in the clean mountain air of Fiagdon.
Here you can safely take sun baths (heliotherapy) and enjoy a fresh stream of air (aerotherapy) — two natural healing methods that have a beneficial effect on the immune system, respiratory system and general condition of the body.
We have equipped two comfortable playgrounds:
- Outdoor pool terrace — for relaxing in the sun surrounded by the mountain landscape.
- 6th floor terrace — with a gentle breeze, clean air and a secluded atmosphere.
In the aerosolarium, you can relax after treatments, recuperate, do breathing exercises, or just enjoy the silence and the view of the gorge.
For your convenience, the staff of the pool and gym will provide sun beds and prompt you with everything you need.
